Terms of Service

1. Service and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of CreatorFlow Publisher (“CreatorFlow” or the “Service”), an SKG creator service operated by WAVE E-COMMERCE CO., LTD. CreatorFlow provides tools that help authorized creators prepare and send photo or video content to their own TikTok profiles through TikTok's official developer interfaces.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must have permission to use the Service. CreatorFlow is intended for authorized creators and brand partners with legitimate access to eligible content and permission to manage the connected TikTok account. Access may be limited to protect users, content, accounts, and the Service.

3. Your account and authorization

You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. TikTok handles login and consent. You are responsible for reviewing the account and scopes shown during authorization, maintaining control of your account, and revoking CreatorFlow access if that authorization should end.

4. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You grant CreatorFlow only the limited permission needed to process, transfer, submit, and report the status of the content and settings you select. You must have all rights required for the media, music, text, trademarks, likenesses, claims, and other material you submit.

5. Creator-controlled publishing

Before a direct publication request, CreatorFlow presents the connected account, selected media, text, available audience settings, interaction choices, commercial-content disclosures, and a final confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing those details. CreatorFlow will not intentionally submit content without an explicit creator action.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for spam, deceptive activity, unauthorized automation, infringement, unlawful or harmful content, attempts to bypass platform controls, impersonation, account abuse, security testing without permission, or conduct that violates TikTok's terms, policies, community guidelines, or applicable law.

7. TikTok and other third-party services

TikTok is an independent third-party service. Your TikTok account and content remain subject to TikTok's terms, policies, availability, review, and technical controls. CreatorFlow does not control or guarantee TikTok authorization, processing, publication, visibility, reach, engagement, or continued API availability.

8. Privacy and data handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how CreatorFlow processes authorization data, creator content, publishing settings, operational information, and support requests. By using the Service, you acknowledge those practices.

9. Intellectual property

CreatorFlow, the CreatorFlow visual identity, and the Service interface are owned by or licensed to WAVE E-COMMERCE CO., LTD. or its affiliates. “SKG” and related names, logos, product names, and marks are trademarks or trade dress of SKG or its affiliates. These Terms do not grant a right to use those marks except as necessary to access the Service.

10. Availability and enforcement

The Service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, misuse, or operational reasons. We may investigate or restrict activity that appears to violate these Terms or threaten users, accounts, content, TikTok, or the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, successful authorization, publication, visibility, reach, or engagement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAVE E-COMMERCE CO., LTD., SKG, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, TikTok platform requirements, our practices, or applicable law. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
