1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorFlow Publisher (“CreatorFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an SKG creator service operated by WAVE E-COMMERCE CO., LTD., processes information when an authorized creator visits the service, connects a TikTok account, prepares content, uploads a draft, or requests direct publication.

This policy applies specifically to CreatorFlow Publisher at https://x.skg.com/creatorflow/. The separate SKG commerce website has its own privacy policy.

2. Information we process

• TikTok authorization data: account identifiers, basic profile information that you authorize TikTok to provide, access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, and authorization status.
• Publishing content and choices: media files, titles, descriptions, audience selections, comment and music choices, commercial-content disclosures, confirmation records, publishing identifiers, and publishing status.
• Operational information: timestamps, request results, security events, IP address, browser and device information, and limited technical logs needed to operate, diagnose, and protect the service.
• Support information: information you include when contacting us about access, privacy, deletion, or technical support.

CreatorFlow does not ask for or store your TikTok password and does not require browser cookies for its official TikTok API workflow.

3. TikTok products, scopes, and purpose

• Login Kit and user.info.basic: authenticate the creator and display basic account information so the creator can verify which account is connected.
• video.upload: transfer creator-selected media to TikTok as a draft when the upload workflow is available and selected.
• video.publish: request direct publication only after the creator reviews the available settings and performs the final confirmation action.

CreatorFlow requests only the products and scopes needed for the creator workflow presented in the service.

4. How information is used

We use information to authenticate the creator, display account and publishing choices, validate selected media, transfer requested content to TikTok, report publishing status, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliability and security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

CreatorFlow does not sell personal information or use creator content for third-party advertising.

5. How information is shared

Information is transmitted to TikTok when you authorize CreatorFlow or confirm an upload or publishing action. Information may also be processed by infrastructure, security, and support providers acting on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

Uploaded media is retained only for the time reasonably needed to complete or diagnose the requested transfer and is removed after the workflow reaches a final state. Authorization data is retained while the account remains connected or as needed for security and legal obligations. Operational records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for reliability, security, dispute resolution, and compliance.

To request access to or deletion of CreatorFlow-held account information, email skgshopify@skg.com with the subject “CreatorFlow Privacy Request.” We may ask for information needed to verify the request and protect the connected account.

7. Security

CreatorFlow uses HTTPS, access controls, restricted server-side credential storage, anti-forgery protections, least-privilege processing, and operational monitoring designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but authorization credentials are not intentionally exposed in public pages, browser logs, or client responses.

8. Your choices and authorization controls

You can decline TikTok authorization, avoid submitting content, disconnect the application, or revoke CreatorFlow access from your TikTok account settings. You can also choose not to grant optional scopes or publishing actions. Revoking access prevents future use of the revoked authorization but may not delete records that must be retained for security or legal reasons.

9. Children

CreatorFlow is not directed to children under 16 and is available only to people permitted to use the connected TikTok account and the service. If you believe a child has provided information to CreatorFlow, contact us so we can review and respond appropriately.

10. International processing

CreatorFlow may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in CreatorFlow, TikTok platform requirements, our practices, or applicable law. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the service or another appropriate channel.
